Ascot Racecourse

Ascot racecourse is considered the epicentre of British Horseracing, hosting 26 days of top class racing including Group 1 Flat races. The track is mixed purpose with Flat & National Hunt fixtures throughout the year, however it is Royal Ascot in June when Royalty attend that the racecourse truly sparkles!

There is free parking on Ascot High Street next to the racecourse however on racedays we strongly recommend getting a taxi.

#livelikealocal Tip 2: A Great Walk

There is a great walk inside the ring of the racecourse itself which is open to the public on non racedays and you can get the best jockey eye views of the magnificent Grandstand!
The ring around the track is also paved so its great for push chairs!
How to get in - Free parking is available off Winkfield Road (the A330). Turn off Winkfield Road following signs to the Royal Ascot Golf Club. Turn right again into slope of the Underpass and park on the left along the kerb. Post Code: SL5 7LJ.
